No problem leasing the vehicle, but now that the company has gone out of business I can't get my vehicle fixed. Westlake is expecting a payment but will not honor the much needed repair contract. I can't afford to make payments and repair costs. Also I was never offered a new contract with Westlake. I need an attorney.
I PAID OFF MY CAR ON FEB 2023 AND THEY SUPPOSES TO SENT MY TITLE TO ME AND I HAVE NOT STILL RECEIVED IT YET THE *** SAY THAT MY CAR STILL HAVE A LOAN ON MY CAR AND I GAVE AMERICAN CAR CENTER ALMOST $3,000 TO PAY MY CAR OFF AND I DON;T HAVE ANYTHING TO SHOW FOR IT AND NOW I CAN'T GET ANY HELP FROM THE NEW OWNER OF THE ****** I NEED HELP GETTING MY TITLE FOR MY CAR PLEASE HELP.
I bought the car in February I have not received a license plate or tag for this car and now they're on the business and I cannot get a license plate for this car and people call me asking for payment how can I pay for something where I'm not even getting license plate I cannot even try the car now cuz the temporary plate has expired
Truly disappointed in the way this company handled their business. I was set up on auto draft, so there was no reason for my car note to be late. They went out of business, did not call nor did they send a letter or even email. Had no line of communication to where to send my car payment. Then I received an email stating I was late, and now it reflects on my credit report. But they were the ones to help you repair your credit which giving reliable transportation. I got a car from them in Aug 22, they sent me to a get car diagnostic. It came back that the car motor was about to go out. So a week or 2 later.. American car center called me to get another car and they *** my other car. Why these ppl didnt damaged that car but kept it and put me in another car.
