I was sold a lemon car. The first day I bought the car the window wouldn't come down as soon as I left the lot. I tried getting assistance, this was my first car with warranty. When I needed help getting an oil change or fixing the car that was with in the warranty frame I was given the run around so that they wouldn't have to honor the warranty by the time it was to fix the car they told me I had already by milage exceeded the **** miles the warranty wasn't good. I purchased a vehicle on 11/2/22 with full coverage insurance. They have added 2 damage waiver fees to my account which the fees are meant for not having insurance on the vehicle. I have called and called and emailed and no one seems to be able to fix this issue. Im not paying damage waiver fees and insurance. This is the worst company I have ever financed with and do not recommend them.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. In the beginning, they tell you that you would be paying 4 years instead of 3 because it was set up like a leasing of the car. I loved the car, so I was cool with it. But what they fail to tell you is that after you paid for that extra year, they try to get another year out of you by telling you that you have to pay for your title. $4000.00!!!!And they tell you to send people to them, and I think that it was a $100 that you were supposed to get. Not only did I purchase a suv with American car center!!! The salesman drugs fell out his pocket!! I knew it was a flag after I purchased the vehicle no emission was ever done and it has car issues that the warranty department wont fix!! You can never talk to the right person as well I been trying to reach the general manager or corporate office concerning this company I will never recommend anybody to buy a car from them bad and poor service I have everything in text that he would fix my car and it havent been done yet!! Got a car on October 4 and on the 6 it was being towed for not starting. It has happened 5 times since then. NO ONE answers phone calls. If you have an issue before 9:30 am you are ****** and you better have plenty of time during the day to continue to call until someone answers. ******************* talked like it's no big deal. Had it towed to the shop of the warranty office choice and that was an entire s*** show. They will hold your vehicle for 48 hours and then tell you nothing is wrong with it and that American car cent... read more

I purchased a 2015 Kia ****** from then in 2019. I had to have the motor replaced last yr and a knock engine senors. I had paid the car all the way down to a little over ****. I *********** at the beginning of this month and my insurance cut a check for ***** to pay off the ************************************************* an email saying that I still owe them **** and that if they dont receive it in 10 days they will report it to the credit bureau. Do not buy a car from American Car Center...We paid our daughter car off, and all of a sudden, they say we owe $3800, for an Lease Buyout. They are a scam, and customer service *****. I wish it was a no star button on here. I will tell anybody, do not purchase a car from American Car Center at all. They are just a rip-off, but we have an lawyer looking into this matter. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AT ALL..

If I could give them less than zero, I would I bought my car from them in March. From the day that I brought the car Ive had trouble I went back in to get the fuel injection system done. I went back in to replace the tires, but come to find out the car had been an accident and the rims were cracked and then I spent over $300 getting that fixed. Then, less than two weeks later, the car started running hot. I took the car in and I was told that it needed a tuneup. I spent $500 getting a tuneup and a day later the car was back ... read more

I purchased the car, and it broke down on me within the 3rd day, I tried calling service to get it repaired and needless to say, it's almost impossible to get in touch with someone unless you owe them some money and then they call nonstop. The car was eventually fixed a week later but broke down the very next day. And then again two days after the next repair.
