Just like others, We have been scammed by AMERICAN CAR CENTER. I purchased a ***************************** 2019, never was told the vehicle was a lease until the company went bankrupt in February of 2023 and our accounts were taken over by ****************** which is another scamming business. American car center really did me wrong and a lot of people , they lied when they sold me my car in first place saying my car payments will be $250 monthly and actually is $500 monthly . Then went out of buisness with no warning and I had a terrible experience trying to call someone to make payments . Then have never reported my car loan to the credit bureau and I have never been late or missed any payments. They told me it would increase and help my credit score . I think I've been scam into purchasing a car to pay the company's debt . I really have no words but this company is full of c*** and that i got swindled into purchasing this car Ive paid ****** or more no this car and it say I still owe 23,00 on a car that I just found out that was being leased instead of me buying it after they went bankrupt and selling my information to a third party debt collector without my knowledge
I puchase a car in 2019 from american car center in *********** ***, I made my last payment on the car 2023 I made a total of ************************* ************ not that american car center have went of out business a new company purchase their contracts and they won't give me my title because they are saying i owe the new company $3700 more dollar I didnt sign anything stating this I need my titles now.
i do not know what to do with this car westlake has on my credit report that this car is worth ****** dollars . I have no title they never gave me a tag im in NC and just dont know what to do and the warranty is no more on the car
