Very unprofessional told me they were disabling my car because I had told them my house was more important than my car. This is the 2nd time they have talked rude to me and I'm done!
Purchased my vehicle(2015 Chrysler Town & Country) in January 2022 and my vehicle just broke down 4 months later May 2022. Took it to a mechanic and he told me the engine is done. I think it's ridiculous to sell faulty cars on top of over pricing them. I've contacted American Car Center and was informed that the warranty may not be covered but there might be another option in an additional loan to acquire maintenance or a new engine. I bought a car ( Volkswagen Passat 2015) Thursday may12,2022 , the engine check light came on Friday may 13, 2022 ... I left voicemails for 2days (sat & sun ) because I was at work .. they tried to give my mom a hassle and then when I was off to go up there and speak to them they said that I wouldn't get my full amount I put down back because I put 500 miles on it .. turns out when I took the car up to********* on pleasant hill ... If I could give this business a zero star I would. After being told I was finished with my payments American car center contacted me a year and a half later to tell me that I had to pay to receive my titles.$3500 dollars later they took 3 months to send me the titles which were from a Memphis Tennessee location. So after going to the dmv to register the titles in my name I was told that it could not be changed over in my name because of the titles being sent from Memphis Tennessee. These people are bad news I'm about to take them to court for everybody. I said I was gonna paid on 5/6/2022 but I worked overtime that day and they said it was a broken promise which is ******** but I'm tired and I'm taking them to small claims court for everybody.
Lies to you. I got a car from them the transmission is bad and it's a 2018 Nissan Sentra they want 31 thousand for this car overpriced and the transmission is slipping and payments 534 a month run from this company
They are very unprofessional, Mrs.J**** or whatever her name is, mouth is very smart. They lucky I'm not where they stay, because it would be some problems. Like all the other people are saying, they are taking our money. But you not going to take mines, I will get justice. My car have been giving me problems also. I try not to complain because I'm grateful for a car, but they are making me less as a person. They need to Fired ASAP or your business going to go down hill. I promise you!!
Problem #1. American Car Center leased to me a car without airbags, a non-working horn, unaligned wheels, and a set of grinding brakes that the sales rep ensured were new. The sales agent even went on to say that I needed to drive the car a bit to "break them in". We got a vehicle from them in less than 30 days motor locked up, had to wait 3-4 weeks for them to tell us that it will not be fixed but can get another vehicle. picked another vehicle and less than 4 months this motor locked up. We cannot keep getting cars where a motor locks up with no warning or anything from this company. Now the only options we have is to try another car, which they have already leased 2 that locked up and no tags received yet. the other is to do voluntary repo which will report on credit and since this... read more
