I got my car on 04/23/2022 still have not got my tags. I have call corp. Told me to call where I got tags told me they are looking into this. So there for i.am.not.getting my relocation fee from my job. So now I am quarantine from COVID . I ask can they help me in extended my due date they can't help me at all where is the right on that but that is how they do business. This company is all about them getting there payment not the consumer.

Hello I purchased a 2016 dodge journey from the American Car center in ****** ** in 2020 paid **** down and making payments about 481 a month. I was ok with this but a year later I wanted to trade it in and every where I went they stated I owe too much money left. Auto credit center took my car saying I missed 4 payments when I didnt I have bank statements proving I made my payments except this month every time I call them they will cuss me out hang up I had the money to pay them today and they still took my car I havent heard anything in the amount of time they said it take to where I can pay my car wouldnt take a payment right then said I had to wait to the repossession to go through before anything can get done if they dont give me my car back after I make the payment they wont aft... read more

PLEASE DONT LET THESE PEOPLE ROB YOU LIKE THEY DO EVERYBODY ELSE!! I am on my last 8 payment apparently and now I can't see my last payments on my credit report. I been trying to see why after getting ran around and told a bunch of bs. I made my last payments on May 10 and spoke with someone before this date when I was told I had 8 payments. I made a double payment and I still owe 8 payments? How? Yes American car center is very much a scam switched from two different cars that where no good sent to people that didn't fix the vehicles and they paid them anyway gave two different contracts then one of their works stole have of our down payment and text us talking about he made a mistake and pocket some of the money this is a heavy warning to buyers beware and to American car center if they keep playing with people money about them cars somebody gone get killed it's just a matter of time

Got a car from them in oct 2021 and the motor is gone called them about my warranty and they told me to take it to a shop that they deal with just for American car center to say they wasn't going to fix it because it cost *****. I ask what be done they waited a week to call me back to say *** wants to make a deal and the deal was for me to go let them run my credit to get approve for another car with another down payment. They are rude and very unprofessional on the phone and in person.

I purchased a 2017 Kia Forte 4/14/22 from the location in Marietta and it is now 6/8/22 and I have had multiple issues with ACC and the car itself. The car randomly cut off on me about 2-3 weeks into having it and the warranty assisted me getting the fuel pump replaced and a tune up from *******after 2 1/2 weeks. It is now 6/8/22 and yesterday my car started cutting off again and I have only had it from *** **** maybe a week. Ridiculous company, miss one payment don't want to work with you, sending texts to repossess your vehicle. Everybody goes through something, willing to work with them they choose not to work with you. Check engine light stays on constantly just installed new brake pads when the old ones were worn out,their so called warranty doesn't cover nothing. Staff in Memphis really sucks,very rude and unprofessional, including the so called management. Shut down this company I'm filing court papers for reimbursement. Never would refer ... read more
