I got a car for them in August. I took it back at least 2 in the first 2 week. For what ever was wrong with it. Took it on a trip not a even a week later it completely stop working. Mind u now I have had this car maybe 5 months. Called there customer service and they had me get it towed to one of there shop. He said it was so many leaks in it. This company takes advantage of good people. I wouldn't tell anyone to get a car from these people. The car they sold me started having issues 8 days after I got it. I had not even made the first payment or gotten the tag. And it has been down hill ever since. And customer service is just as bad. Nooo don't do it.. Don't buy a car from these people..
Horrible Experience!! Purchased a vehicle in mid July 2021 and had to get it towed in Early September 2021. Between September 2021 to February 2022 has to get it towed 4 more times and in the shop for THE SAME EXACT issue!. Did a side loan for repairs the 3rd time and now on the 5th time in told the motor is gone and needs to be replaced. Each time I took it to THEIR SAME VENDOR! I bought a car on December 31 to find out when it was time to get my tag I couldn't I finally got a extension after much back and forth and frustration and when the extension was expired I find out I was leasing the car I never agreed to that and still don't have a tag they are a scam I'm trying to decide how to handle my situation but stay away from this company at all cost
I had a total loss accident January 12th 2022 the insurance company sent the payout to the corporate office in Tennessee about 2weeks later which the insurance told me that the corporate office was asking for the total amount of the payout instead of what was owed on the vehicle which is strange because normally they only ask what is owed on the vehicle I owed $6,786 plus a $3,200 residual and then they were charging me for their dealership insurance which I never needed so now instead of owing under $10,000 I owe the dealer... read more
This CAR PLACE IS TERRIBLE & should be shut down !! I've waited over 7months for a TAG !!! I still don't have it . I call every day & I get the same run around story . This is pathetic! Y'all take away from ppl assuring them with a good car / business , & then don't have anything to do with them !! But call harassing about a payment! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE !! The company is horrible. Their customer service is trash. The supervisors try to belittle you when you call and ask questions about your payment. They also tell you that you get your title after paying off the car at the end in full but in reality they don't even release the titles at all. It is sad how many customers have complained about their service yet they are still open
This Company is a rip-off I went with my daughter to purchase a Nissan Santra. I leave so she can finish up with the signing she call me telling she in a different smaller car. I wasn't what I signed for nor did they call me to tell me why! So when I call they to cancel the deal take my name off the car the told me they can't do that mind you the car never left the dealership. And now they don't want to return the deposit!!!!! I Guess the want a lawsuit.
