The worst possible decision I could've made was purchase a vehicle from this company.. The reps are rude I've been trying to speak to a supervisor for a couple of months now and no one will allow me to speak to a supervisor. I sent emails to the rep and she said maid the supervisor is busy and she can't make the supervisor talk to me. It's a scam I don't like their customer service they told me I had a certain time and my car won't give repo but then I go out and my car to move stuff the repo company hook to my vehicle I told them that Asia said I had until Monday to get ahold of her if I didn't then she send them they said she said to go head and take it on Sunday like I said a scam and lied to me. I have had my car 4 months now and have had the worst experience ever with this company , my windshield has been cracked since I drove off the lot I was told that the warranty will handle it I haven't spoken to warranty ever ,Ive gotten told that I would to have to pay for something that I didn't cause and was there before I purchased the car

I would give this place no stars but I don't have an option. They price gouge the prices of these cars. My car is only worth $7,500 at the time I bought it got it or leased it or whatever you wanna call it. They don't put prices on any of their cars you walk in and you fill out a little credit application then they look over everything and then they tell you what you can get into and how much of a down payment and then when they tell you that they go and show you the car that you're eligible for you don't take it for a test ... read more

They are selling overpriced cars I brought one car from them and it needed work done to it which was 5000 Iwas charged 33.000 for the car they had me take it to ****** which they did a diagnosis on it so it was the tech the catalic converter and brakes they said instead of fixing it they would send it to auction. Please spare yourself. I am one year into this car and so far I've shelled out more money than this car is worth. I'm already paying double the worth but on top of all of that, I have mechanical bills out the***** The customer service is awful and to make a payment/ inquiry about your about requires a 45-60 minute wait. To get im touch with the "warranty" department or "service" dept, you have to leave a voicemail and they'll respond back to you in 3-6 business months. Account handled by so many different people, accepted payments upon recorded verbal agreement & didn't not adhere to promise. Horrible company to purchase a vehicle from. Do not recommend

This company will discrimination over pricing cars after u sign contract and denied your rights of contract. Not will to let u talk to corporate of these things going on.
