This car lot is the most unproffesional, misleading, janky business I've ever encountered. They will finance you at a super high interest rate make you feel like they are going to buy a efficient vehicle that in reality almost every vehicle they have on their lot has been bought from the auction and has engine and transmission problems. American car center sold me a car with rust damage. I have taken it to the service department they told me that they can't do anything to fix it. Plus one of the screws for the brakes was missing as you can see in one of the pictures that is connected to this review. I have called the Corporate office and can't get no one to answer the phone anymore I have sent email and still nothing. The rust is everywhere at the bottom of car. It's water damage. This place is horrible , they are too expensive and come to find out the cars are leased .
First off, I've never thought there where people out here preying on people with bad or average credit ridiculous Sad. You basically try to finesse folks. I'm lost for words with the worst customer service to the misleading of the car salesmen. I'm angry I want my 3,000 dollars back , I had the car 3 months. Completely scammed me with my car. I was sold a car that had a 2 year recall out on it and was never told my car broke completely down while out of town with my kids I was also pregnant at the time. Have called and explained my situation numerous times and got NO resolution with out them wanting me to spend more money. And I also want to note since I was out of town I could not work. This company absolutely stinks, they are a rip off. They want way to much down on a vehicle thats a lemon and will not fix anything. They say they will finance you, better make sure all your paycheck stubs and other documents are perfect, we had an issue with 1 of our stubs it was a typo and they refused to accept it. This car lot needs to be shut down!!

February complaint - I purchased a car from American Car Center February 20, 2021. Two weeks after the car had a very noticeable oil leak. I have pictures. I contacted the service center after multiple calls and was told where to take my vehicle. i took the car was there at 8 am.
