Well after I put a down payment of 1250 and made my car payment so I'm currently not in default still haven't gotten my tags 32 days now and to top it off I get off work today and my car has been removed for what reason this is what they said finance debt didn't get some paper work in time because their lot employees can't perform their duties correct I have to pay for it so now I have to miss work tomorrow due to the inconsiderate of these people but they took my 1250 just darn fine tho
The worst car company ever DO Not try to buy a car from these people they are misleading and very rude, their fees are absolutely unbelievable! I paid the amount stated on their website along with the convince fee of 4.95, however they said my payment was .10 cents short and are now trying to charge me a $15 late fee on .10 cents. Bad business I purchased a car from them on August 31,2021. It was a Kia Optima 2015 I have not had the car for 3 months and the car started acting up. I had it pulled to the shop on Nov.8,2021 and nobody wanted to talk to me so finally I got a call from the Service Department letting me that the car motor has locked up and it on RECALL that they need to put me in another car but never did and they also took another car payment from me while the car is on their lot. I think this car place is full of you know what!! They make it seem.lile you're purchasing the car all.up until you're signing the papers do.you.find out it's a lease! I had my SUV for 1 day and the check engine light came on as well.as ticking from the engine! Also, when I put gas in it, the gas just runs right out even while you're sitting with the car on. These people are out just to take peoples money they need to be shut down very rude the managers are very nasty they sale cars with blown motors and give u the ran around to fix them please shut these company down
By law I have 15 days after repo to get my car back. Well it was sold the same day of repo. And now we owe the difference. I am getting a lawyer.
I regret ever going here to purchase a car. I got behind due to Covid and I sent them my medical papers. My car got repossessed Tuesday morning and I called on Wednesday ready to make a payment. The towing fees was $670 that's ridiculous. Fast forward to Friday I paid $1700 to get my car back. I called the tow company they are contracted with. I have to wait for them to call me back. Horrible customer service! DO NOT PAY WITH A MONEY ORDER OR THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE A 15.00 late fee to your account! They promised me a due date change and is going back on their word! Not mentioning I was called out of my name by Sharon and she refused to help me any further.
The most unprofessional, disgusting humans I've ever met. You scam young children into "leasing" a car yet they're paying over $20,000 more than what this car is worth. Tried to help someone by co-signing and now I'm the full owner of the vehicle. They PREY on young adults with not a lot of knowledge. Lied a million times. Too busy trying to flirt with customers instead of doing their job! I would never recommend this disgusting company to anyone.
