I purchased a car from them on 5/29/2021 and here it is now August 17,2021. I had 2 temp tags so far and i cannot get my permanent tags. They have not did do paper work so that i can go to the BMV to get my permanent tags. I am now driving around on dead temp tags that expired on 7/29/2021. I am afraid that i might get pull over and get a ticket or better yet get my towed. I tried calling them, but i keep on getting the run around. No one returns my calls or call me about the car. Two guys that worked there sold me a car with a lean on the title. They no longer work there. No one works there has reached back out to me. I called a month ago to speak with someone in corporate, they said a guy would call me. Haven't received a call. No one knows where these guys are. I'm definitely going to report this as fraud. I'm out of $2,000 on a car I cannot get a tag or title for and there's a possible chance the car could get repoed and I wouldn't even know it. Something needs to be done about this place!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE CARS ARE TRASH AND THE WARRANTIES ARE EVEN WORSE! I'VE SPENT OVER $10,000 ON REPAIRS THAT WERE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND I'VE ONLY HAD THE CAR GOING ON 2 YEARS WITH ONLY 63,000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. My car was repo-ed in Jan 2020. The crazy thing is, my car was repo-ed the same night i gave another car company info on my car so that i can trade it in. When i left that car company and returned my car home, a couple of hours later, my car was repo-ed! i was told i owed nearly $2000 to get my car back. i told them to keep it because i could no longer deal with the constant harassment. I recently got a car from the Chamblee Ga. I would give no stars if I could! This company is fraudulent! They forged signatures on legal documents turned into the state! I co signed for a vehicle and never was put on the title. This person went to prison. I took over payments and tried to get a tag for the car and wasn't on the title. Becca forged his signature on power of attorney and back dated another form and forged his signature once again. I refuse to do business with a company like this. I was communicating all week 6/13/20210-6/18/2021 with the manager in Conyers, GA, He specified he will come pick me up from Alpharetta, GA 43 miles from his dealership for me to purchase a Jeep from him. He had his salesman Lavell to come pick me up on Friday 6/18/2021 @3:30pm once we arrived back at the dealership in Conyers I didn't see any vehicles that we had talked about prior, the one jeep that was there it was said it didn't pass the emissions so that one couldn't be sold .
