I had a Lease that was recently totaled. The insurance paid of what was owed on the lease. Then I was charged a extra 4000 for the end of lease purchase. Of course thru my 3 years I had to call and beg for any statements. Asked them to change my address 3 times. Never got a statement. Even the end of lease statement. The 4000 was more than the buy out but I cant get in touch with anyone to send me a statement. What I was charged. if the 4000 was including taxes why am I a paying them if I don't own the property. I hate this place, awesome car, but I have been paying on this car since 2017 and was never made aware it was a lease, lots of hidden fees, I got ready to pay my car off in full and they came with $3,170.70 of hidden fees that no one made me aware of before I signed. I feel like I've been robbed!!! I was 22 years old when I purchase this car and it's the worse purchase I have ever made!!! Never again will they get my service!!! A 2014 Chevy Cruze is not worth $23,281.95!!! Please don't make the same mistake I did!!!
I rented a car from them and pay my payment every month on time. During COVID-19 , I got behind on one payment and I made an arrangement to pay and they shut my car off anyway. I paid on the arrangement day. I work in real estate and my car is important for my business to be successful. I can't make money without it! Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star to leave a review. For starters they don't advise your leasing a used vehicle, not purchasing! The customer service department is a complete joke. They hire anyone that's willing to answer the phone. I was assigned Billy ***** as an account manager. Who is completely unprofessional and rude. They harass you daily about information they refuse to call and get. I am highly disappointed with ****************** an american car centre. Once I got my car back in November of 2019 my car started to shut off about a month after I received the vehicle in a continue to do so up until my engine went out in September of 2020. This place is a JOKE!! I've been reaching out to these folks for almost 2 months now to have my engine replaced!! The service department rarely return calls but my account manager calls EVERY TWO WEEKS for their car payment!! I was told I had a warranty on my engine and my transmission to find out I have to pay for anything over$3000 in which there was NO PROOF of how much the engine was and what the mileage is. This is the worst business ever! Pointblank period! These people came and repossessed my car. That was paid for; then a hour later, I went and paid what they said I owed on residual so I could pick my car up. They gave me a wrong address. So Im literally standing here and nobody knows where my car is at this point. Im so disgusted. Please DO NOT spend your hard earned money with these people. They have absolutely no respect for people who work hard out here. Smh!!! Don't trust this company at all.
