Place is a joke. Been 3 weeks and still cant get any answers or make a payment. They took our car on trade then sent us a letter saying they cant approve us on the car we wanted but can put us in another!! I called to tell them we wanted that one or none! There excuse was the first car was a loaner til they find the right financing and if we dont take the one they want to give us it will go on our credit and that every body gets denial letters..
