This is the most unorganized unprofessional business that We have dealt with the customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with in my life. It first started when a money order was "lost" and still hasn't been found. Even though the representative that called to let us know that the money order lost was was found after the payment was madras that it would be mailed back to us. This place is the worst place ever to purchase a vehicle from. They really take advantage of people. They add all types of charges they do what they want to do. If your payment is do on a Friday and you pay it on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday they charge you a $15.00 late fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL! They do not deserve 1 star it should be 0. They do not care about their customers at all. Poor customer service , Poor leadership.... haven't had my car two weeks check engine light on & it stop working an they want me too come out of pocket
This Company is terrible, it should be shut down. They are rip offs, they overcharge their vehicles. I don't recommend anyone to get a car from them. Even if it's your last resort don't do it!
I brought a car from the American car Center in Savannah on Aprill 16, 2021 the car stopped working on April 18, 2021 WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. On April 19, 2021 they made me sit in the dealership all day from 8-5 so they could put me in another car. Once I got the other car 20 days later the car stopped working.
This place is absolutely horrible. My daughter in law bought a car from them that has worked for less than a week. She cannot get anyone to answer the phone or even put in a work order for the car to be looked at. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not professional. Everyone that works there is only there for a check. They do not care about the service that they provide!
Doesn't even deserve one star. They get you for your money, charge random late fees to your account, so that just makes me wonder how many late fees I've been charged that have been unnecessary. Lack communication you speak to someone to make a payment and they give you random payments instead of one set payment. Overall bad experience and I will NEVER get a car from American car center again and do NOT recommend it to anyone because you will pay $25,000 for a ****** Versa instead of only paying 12,000 for what it's worth.
This is an awesome company to do business with..I purchased a car from this company on 07/20/2021 and the car quit on me on 07/26/21 They had to have the car towed to the shop which was********************** to fix it.. I had advised the guy that sold me the car that it had seem to have had some transmission issues so while the car was at the shop, I was told one day by a guy there that it didn't have any transmission issues and then by another guys the next day that it did have some issues.So I called the next day which wa... read more
