I think anyone buying or considering buying from this company buy should somewhere else. Anywhere else !!! You will pay way to much ,and the "Free oil changes " are not what they seem , you will need to drop off your car to have them done. And should you ever need to make a payment by phone , Lord help you because no one will ever answer the phone or be able to help you. Buyer beware ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE before its too late I wish I would have checked here before I went here !
I was hospitalized for kidney failure recently and was unable to make payments on my vehicle. Upon return to my home I attempted to get caught up with bills that at this point were overdue. I had received several phone messages and text messages that there were several options for me to keep my vehicle. Apparently, paying it completely off was not an option. Don't do it. They charge you a arm and a leg for they no good car. My granddaughter bought a car from there a few couple of months after she started having problems that should have been notified before buying the car.
I have had this car since 19 & it has been thing but problem they add on fee make ya payments another day then the date original made wit out Tellin u take ya car 2 the shop they keep it 3days b4 lookin @ it take another 3days 2 rig it up 2 work 4 a moment & create another problem @ the same time then wait 3 more days 2 call u 2 PiC it up after they rigged it @ this point ima about 2 just give it back cause not I'm puttin oil n it every 2days & not 2 mention the representatives r disrespectful ghetto & very rude & unprofessi... read more
This business is not reliable, or trustworthy, they never answer calls so you may pay your bill, is it a coincidence they only answer where your note is pass due, the charge you fifteen dollars for late fee, please take you business elsewhere, I'm trying to refinance with another company, they have caused my credit to drop.
When you call to make a payment or ask a question or something they are very rude!! they act like they don't care about you they just want the money.
It'sa terrible company They are charging me a 100$ late fee and it says late fees are 15$ I'm riding on expired tags they have not have me my sticker I get pentalized in a late payment when they don't answer the phone so I can make it And when I do make that payment and pay my late fee they tell me all that money goes towards my loan and then ask me how am I gonna make my payment after I have them enough money for two payments
If i could give this company half a star I would. They sold me a **** car then wont reply to complaints or requests of exhanging the car when it is only 3 weeks after purchase. Warranty dept dont answer the dealership seeking to file claim to fix for me. Nor do they call back after leaving multiple messages. Im stuck without a car bcuz the one i had n took to see about repairs randomly shut off on me risking my life. Also its at dealership and wont turn back on.
I would not suggest you do business with. I purchased a vehicle, a 2012 Toyota Camry. Put 700 Down, paid 500 month for 2 years, went to trade the vehicle in, for a new Toyota, I had never been late on a payment. Found out they had wrote the "sale" as a lease, I don't know how that is even possible. They wouldn't tell me or Toyota how much was owed.
