J.T. has been inspecting/servicing our system semi-annually since we had it installed about five years ago. He is quiet, polite, efficient, competent. and very professional. He is always on-time. We really appreciate his work. Thank you, J.T. We have never had a bad experience with anyone at JRACC.
The semi-annual service checkup is very thorough and Mark was very professional.
Rich R. did a fantastic job of correcting a problem with our humidifier that no other technician has been able to do. We have had an issue with it since it was turned on in the fall and he is the only one of about 4 who have come out that took the time to get at the root of the problem. Were it not for his good service, we were considering dropping our contract for maintenance with James River. I shall always request him for service in the future!

We use James River for our home and for multiple commercial venues. Having gone through several HVAC companies James River has been exemplary in their communication, their caring and their integrity. Highly recommend them for business or residential use.
Well, I think no one is really prepared financially to replace their heat pump. However, I can firmly say having James river air conditioning, Co. was the best choice for us. The sales representative (Brian) very professional and knowledgeable. Our options were explained clearly. The installation professionals ( Gary and Stan) did an amazing job. Kirk called to see if he could come early due to some cancelations. I loved that. He was very thorough and told me what to expect based on the age of our system.
Kirk was the technician that inspected our units. We were told he would arrive between 7:30-8:00 am. He was at my house promptly at 7:30 am. His boots were covered with protective booties so my floors and carpeting were protected from dirt and mud. He was very professional and polite. From my perspective he's a great employee.
Keith did our Heat Pump maintenance check on Saturday morning. He was helpful and professional.
