First, I was pleasantly surprised to learn Janes River does non-emergency service calls on weekends. Evan almost immediatley identified the problem with our heating system and provided sound advice on how I could take care of the problem myself.....replacement of the codensate pump. He was a professional in every respect. James River has been our heating & ac service provider for approximately eight years and continues to provide outstanding service through employees such as Evan.
James River called me on a Sunday, less than 24 hours later I received a phone call asking if a tech can come by and check on my furnace...on a Sunday! Twenty minutes later he was at my house. I learned he got the call just as he was supposed to get off for the day. He checked the floor furnace from in the house and in the crawl space. After we thought the furnace was fixed, it stopped working, so he went BACK under the house and looked closer at the unit. Paul (P.J.) did an excellent job this morning with my three hvac system preventative maintenance. On-time, respectful, considerate, knowledgeable and loved on my two big, needy dogs! Thanks Paul. I will ask for him next time I make a service call.

The service provided during my service maintenance scheduled appointment was delivered by P. J. who was very friendly, professional in everything he did during the visit. He explained his visit every step of the way, providing reasons why the system was found to need correctional action. Very prompt and Professional - Larry and Seth arrived to replace my circulator. The work was completed, tested, and explained prior to leaving. I was very happy with the experience.
Judy S. was the technician who came to do my routine maintenance on my heat pump. She was very professional, prompt and considerate in the work that she did. One of the main reasons that I purchased my heat pump from JRAC was because of the excellent service technicians that I have had in the past. It was great to have Don Wright back on the road. He is excellent. Knows my system from top to bottom and has always taken care of my needs. He is always on time and takes his time to make sure the complete maintenance is done. A real asset to James River who has been doing my service for over 20 years.
