Kirk came out this morning, and we were very pleased. He advised us, he was honest, and I plan on requesting him in the Spring for our next scheduled maintance.
Paul (PJ) arrived right on time-between the 7:30am-8:00am window -on 11/6 for the bi-annual servicing of our dual system heat pump / gas furnace. He tested everything, cleaned the leaves out of the heat pump, and advised the filter needed replacing. Very personable and patient answering our questions on how best to utilize the system's capabilities for the upcoming winter. Thank you, PJ!
Janel came to my home and did a very nice job checking and servicing my HVAC system. She is a winner!

Brian was professional. Gave me a head's up call to let me know he was on his way. Wore the little booties for his shoes and did a winter maintenance check on the gas furnace and the heat pump. Hopefully, we are good to go for another year+.
