Hein came out to show us how to use our new thermostat, which is pretty "high tech" for us! He was extremely patient in his explanations and made sure we totally understood what we needed to know, prior to his leaving. Great job and is an asset to JRAC,
Paul Breedle serviced/checked out heating/air conditioning system today. He was prompt, courteous and thoroughly checked the system inside and out. He cleaned the outside coils and answered all my questions. Highly recommend him for his professional ability and personality.

Hein B. was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. The work involved installing a beverage faucet and a toilet handle. He was very personable and patiently answered all of our questions. We highly recommend their services.

Hein quickly and accurately diagnosed a serious leak in our water supply and repaired it. Two other plumbers and two contractors were not able to diagnose the problem and suggested possible repairs that would have been very expensive and would not have addressed the problem. Hein worked outside in the cold several hours, kept us informed as to progress and was extremely courteous and professional.
