Mike Jones came to check on my system (thermostat) which had been damage due to a power outage over the weekend. Mike called prior to arriving. Mike was very courteous, professional and informative in regards to the replacement of the thermostat. Mike also gave me information about products that can improve the efficiency of my ac system. Mike Jones came out to check out an issue we were having with our heat pump. He called a head and arrived within the timeframe James River promised. He was very friendly and helpful. We have been very satisfied with James River since they installed our 2 new systems a few years back - they have great customer service and their staff is wonderful!
J.T. Pinnell was my service provider. I was very pleased with his professionalism. He called ahead to let me know he could come earlier and that was great. He answered all my questions and even helped explain my bad news that I needed a new heat pump. Very friendly and easy to get along with while staying professional. Thanks for the great service .
Judy S. came to perform a routine scheduled maintenance check on April 12. Like every tech that has come to do this check, she was outstanding! Judy was prompt, thorough and very courteous. During her inspection, she noticed that the fan seemed to go on for far too long. It took little time for her to discover the problem, which was a breaker switch. Mike was on time. He was very professional and pleasant. He seemed to be very efficient in his work and kept me informed as to how he was doing. He informed me of a new product which should help the life of my unit as well as lower energy costs. After explaining to me how this product works, I did sign up for it. Mike has worked at my house before. I can honestly say he has always been very professional and polite.
Mike Jones was professional and had my furnace checked out within scheduled appointment time. It was time for my filter to be replaced. I had purchased filters and he replaced for me.
