I was disappointed with a scheduling issue to the point i was going to look for another company. The management called me on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the situation and schedule another service date. On the subsequent date, JT was prompt, and professional.

Steve Hershberger did great work for me on more than one occasion. He also made suggestions as to how to iimprove dealing with old pipes. No more stopped up drains! I would request his service on any future repairs or improvements needed.
Very pleased with the work Adam and L.J. (? name...sorry) performed. They were kind and respectful and very patient with all my questions. Not too sure if I like the increased sound level with new air handler.
James River offers the best service around....I called at 8 a.m., had a technician at my home by 9:30, found the problem and installed a new part by 1 p.m. Judy was a true professional trained by a wonderfully professional compny. Thank you, James River...I refer you to friends all the time! Would enjoy talking with your president sometime to share my thoughts....
Gus did a great job diagnosing the problem and set up the service to have the repairs done..We have had work done by Gus before and have always been happy with the results.
Jeremy G and Stan S installed a new heat pump and AC for us today. They were prompt and efficient and explained the new thermostat and entire new system. I would highly recommend James River Air for anyone needing service or replacement.
Judy was the service technician today for my non working AC. She was great. Very efficient and knowledgeable and the unit is working! Thanks Judy!
Seth came out to replace a leaking bathtub pipe. As always, James River was on time, professional, and courteous. I don't even consider another company as their service is always excellent, and the few times we've had a minor issue the company has been quick to listen and respond to make it right. We're loyal customers.
Always dependable, and they do a thorough job! Have been using them for several years, and am signed up for their semi-annual check-ups.
