Mike Jones did a great job with our cleaning today.
I have had a PM agreement for years even though they did not install my gas furnace. I hired JR to add a heat pump and central air to that system. It has never failed. During the coldest day of 2017, the condensation pipe froze and the gas furnace shut down. I called JR and within 1 1/2 hours a technician was walking though 5 inches of snow to fix my furnace. He had it running within 30 minutes with a permanent fix so the pipe will never freeze again. Thanks Mike J.
Received a call from JD Williams @ JRA 15 minutes prior to arrival for my HVAC's first check up after it was replaced. He inspected the system and found no problems or adjustments required. We talked about the operations of the the unit, what to watch out for during the seasons and he was on his way. Very professional.

I had an appt.on Sunday with a James River Rep,who was on time. Once he was here ask what the problem was and went straight to working on it. He found out what the problem was,explained it to my wife and me and asked if we wanted it fixed.James did an excellent job and we were very please with his servce. I would truly request him and your company for future service.
James River is the best. Always call to let you know they are coming and usually are always there within hours of me calling. Sarah was awesome and really did a great job for an bi-annual follow up. I wouldn't use anyone else besides James River and recommend them anytime someone asks.
I had an appointment for a semi annual maintenance check with James River AC, the technician Mike Jones called my home & cell phone prior to coming for my scheduled appointment as expected. I did not answer either phone , as I was next door talking to my neighbor. Mike decided to come by my home anyway, since he was near by. When I didn't answer the door, he came over to my neighbors to see if my neighbor might know where I was.
