Technician tried to tell me my blower fan motor was bad and wanted to charge over $1100 to fix it. Knowing full well the blower fan motor was less than 3 years old (and only cost $400 to replace last time around.), I was suspicious. I had another company come out to give me a second opinion. It turned out to be a bad relay circuit, a cheap repair. Dealing with Tom at HQ to getting a refund for the initial service call has been far more painful than should be necessary, as every call with him is abrasive and we are still wait... read more

These people have a devoted customer for life! We lost our heat and two techs, Brandi and Mark, worked to get us back in operation before a snowstorm. Big kudos to Jason Marsh in sales who coordinated the whole mess and arranged for parts and everything. When we get ready to replace he's the man. #1 on my list.

Our heat went out this morning and although it was a long day for your technicians you guys got us taken care of. I can't remember his name but he was great and explained exactly what happened. You also took care of our water heater and toilet replacement.

I have an 18 yr old heat pump which was cycling on and off last night for about half an hour before it began working properly again. Since bad weather is expected, thought I'd better have it checked out so early this morning, I called for a service appointment . I expected to wait a couple of days but got service the afternoon of my call. "David" was thorough and saw a couple of minor things.
