Hired to service HVAC. A/C still not working, the coils are filthy, foam insulation on low side supply line was never touched, and filter was so dirty that you couldn't see through it. Absolute fail and RIP off.

Nothing is worse than buying your first home, during the winter, and on the first warm day go to turn on your AC and have it blowing hot air. We search to find someone to come out and take a look, without breaking the bank. I called and set up an appointment for Thursday, May 10, 2018. We get a call this evening let us letting us know a technician is in the area and if were interested and available he would be willing to stop by tonight. Our tech, Adrian Redding, was very knowledgeable & thoroughly check our units when he did our maintenance check. He was friendly & very respectful. He put on booties so he didn’t mess up my floors. He changed the filters for me & ask if you have any questions. He cleaned the outside units, asked about smoke detectors & carbon dioxide detectors which made me feel like they were looking out for me. They came out fast to check what was wrong with my air and gave a cheap estimate on how much it would be to fix it. They were real friendly and very knowledgeable about the problem and told me they could fix it this week. The company is really good working with people who know nothing about HVAC.
