RecommendedJames River does an excellent job in maintaining their paid maintenance aggreements on my two units. Unfortunately, it takes much too long to schedule an appointment; my Spring maintenance was just completed on July 18th. Mr. Mike Jones, my service technician, does an excellent job and is very thorough in servicing my units. Mr. Jones is very professional and knowledgeable about his work.

I purchased a new system two years ago when my system died in the blazing hot summer. They brought me two window AC units to use until they could install my new unit. They service my system twice a year and their technicians are always very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hvac work.

Our main floor AC stopped functioning last Thursday at a bad time (always, right?). Called James River Air near midnight and talked to a real person. They put us on the emergency call list. Mitch called when he was 30 minutes out. He quickly diagnosed the problem - fixed it - and did a great job explaining what had happened. So glad we keep up our maintenance agreements. James River Air is highly recommended - because of people like Mitch!

RecommendedSo let me just say, having workmen in the house has always been something I avoid at all costs. It disrupts and inconveniences and it’s been a general pain for me. This week we had James River Air in, under and around our house installing HVAC and it was an awesome experience! Yes, it still disrupted my flow, but Rick and Vance were funny, smart, hard working, helpful and so easy to have working here! If anybody needs HVAC, call them! They rocked! And all in crazy heat! Bravo James River!
