I had a flooded utility floor from a hot water heater busting, made a call and within 30 minutes Matt and James arrived. After quick assessment, it was decided if they were removing old one they might as well put a new one in. Placed the order and after another hour it was being installed. Thankyou doesn't seem like enough!!!!!👏

Yesterday we called James River because our ac was out and we had 14 guest coming for dinner. They put us on a standby list. Our repairman got to us about 6:00 (long after he should have been home with his family) and made repairs to get our 17 year old ac running! We could not have asked for more!

After I had water in my basement from the record rainfall, James River sent their appliance technician, Kyle, to evaluate the new furnace I had just purchased in February. Kyle went beyond by taking the furnace apart, wet vaccing the interior, testing the wiring, cleaning out my external air conditioner unit, and dismantling the back of my washing machine. Our air conditioning stopped working late Saturday evening. We assumed we'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. But to our wonderful surprise, someone answered the phone and sent someone out early Sunday morning! I can't say enough about how impressed I am that they fixed the problem immediately. (I do have a maintenance contract with them.) THANK YOU SO MUCH for your excellent service!

Just had air conditioning replaced. The installer, Ricky, sets a great example for your company. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job installing and cleaning up. I enjoyed having him do this job. Thank you for such good service.

Yesterday (5/14/18) James River replaced our "dead" heat pump. The work was done in record from. Jeff, who has to be the worlds best heat pump installer, arrived at 7:10 am and left at 3:30 pm. He encounted some problems replacing a 26 year old heat pump with a current updated heat pump, but he overcame all obstacles he faced. He was amazing and we were impressed with him!
