James River did a great job on replacing a holes that had a pin hole it. They also told me about a new coolant that would make me use less electricity, cool better, and run quieter. Thanks James River for workmanship

The technicians misdiagnosed my AC unit and had a unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. After an unsuccessful attempted repair, I was told that on the first visit the actual problem was not fully and clearly identified. This required another visit and another cost.
