I have been a homeowner for 30 plus years and have used multiple service companies. James River has been the most reliable company yet. They told me I needed new duct work under the house to make the new air conditioner work at optimal use. They replaced the duct work, put in two dehumidifiers and recommended that I have a moisture barrier put down. Great Customer Service!!!!
Although it took a little while to get to us (crazy busy during a hot spell) the technician was quick and efficient at fixing the AC once he got here. Big time kudos to Tyler Douglas for doing a great job!
Having been given an estimate of $9000 by a competitor’s plumbing company, we contacted James River for a 2nd opinion. Imagine our surprise and delight when James River fixed the problem for less than $200!
