James River is great, all of the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and provide wonderful recommendations. Not high pressure sales and transparent about what could be an issue on your unit down the road. Our technician Mike Jones was great! Highly recommend! I was also impressed with the current "social distancing" measures they are using, masks and gloves and no contact - very safe!

For my inspection of my unit, Mike Jones came on time, called beforehand and was thorough and efficient. He put on shoe covers whenever he came in the house as not to track dirt and was very pleasant. I'm glad I went with James River.
Travis was on time and provided great service for my spring start up for my ac. I always can count in James River for great response and service
