RecommendedThey do a great job and are thorough. Our technician wore his mask at all times and was polite. When he discovered a small thermostat problem, he made sure it was fixed before he left, and he cleaned the areas around our outside units of winter leaves and debris. We really like James River, and have been customers for many years!

Quick response to make a repair on the gas furnace. Skilled technician was friendly and polite.
Your virtue-signaling commercial about mask wearing is dumb. Not only do you have a “man” alone wearing a mask, but he takes it off to speak and leaves it off for the remainder of commercial. Sell your product, I don’t need an HVAC guy piling on to the virtue signaling. I’ll be honest, I hated your company before this, so there’s zero chance I’d ever call, but this just cemented it.
