RecommendedDonald Corey was our tech. He was on time, courteous and respectful of our property. Even when I told him he didn’t have to wear booties on our floor, he insisted. When the part he was supposed to come back and install wasn’t delivered, Donald took it upon himself to go pick it up and come back on the same day. He is always pleasant and thorough in is work. Brad was on time , did a great job , found a possible problem with the capacitor ask if l wanted it fixed , he did and was very helpful during his visit .

I haven't had a problem with my air conditioning or heating since using James River for all my needs. Techs are courteous and conscientious about their surroundings. Making sure to clean the area before they leave. I love the fact that they wear the shoe booties!!

Great service every time they visit. They report to the job site when they say they will. Always courteous and do an excellent job explaining what is happening. Today as an example. Called them this morning (Saturday morning) and they are here mid afternoon. The technician, Mike Jones, identified the issue in no time and had our unit up and running in a matter of minutes! No surprises on the bill either. Every charge was discussed in advance and reasonable. Thank you James River Air for a job well done ... again!
