When our Lennox AC Unit stopped working during the hottest period of 2020, we were very concerned. James River came out the same day and had it up and running in short order. The service contract really paid off. Polite, Professional, Thorough, and Fast!

We had our well pump go out. Called them and they had a tech come out within two hours. The pump was repaired by the end of the day. Their quick response was all the more important because not only was my family affected by this. but we have four horses who cannot live without water. Great company, great work ethic

Kyle was awesome and got all the work done quickly and professionally. He was able to figure out the problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, find the correct replacement part, and get it fixed all in one afternoon. Couldn’t have ask for a better experience!
