Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with James river. I had them replace duct work, units etc in my house about a year ago. Every other month I’m calling them for the same problem (Rc wire disconnected). Frankly, I’m getting sick of it, I spent way to much to have to deal with issues considering it’s a new unit. I’ve asked for managers to call me and I get no calls. I’ve asked for them to take the nest thermostat out, I didn’t want that thermostat in the first place. On Friday, we had Hunter Turner come out to repair our natural gas hot water aquatherm water tank. Hunter is THE MAN!!! THIS guy knows his stuff and I so much appreciate his service repair visit. Since we use hot water to heat our house, we were looking at a long weekend of freezing temps here in the first week of February if he couldn't fix it now that we are about to experience a cold spell for 2020. Mike Jones was an exceptionally friendly service technician. He explained everything that he did and found with our system. I appreciate his willingness to tell me about a minor rattle in my system that he indicated I might hear but it was not anything to worry about. Thank you Mike.
