a customer for 10 years, I am always pleased with the ease and efficiency of service. This last service, the technician was meticulous and efficient and asked about issues I had concerning the system. When he uncovered an issue, he investigated the problem, found a solution and negotiated an appointment. He then followed up, and, I will have a resolution shortly. Service really is the key to success as a business and James River understands that.

I had a great visit today from the HVAC technician D. Corey for my bi-annual maintenance contract. He was on time and called to advise that he was on his way. He was extremely throughout with his inspection of our aging system. Afterwards he explained the area of concern as well as showed me a picture on his phone. I appreciate the information that he gave me as well as explaining the IWAVE air purification unit that was suggested as future upgrades. I will continue to call on James River in the future.

James River air honors the contract containing warranty. So good for them. The last two tech's, Kyle and Mike did an outstanding job locating the leak in my system. makes us feel safe when all will be finished thank you. Had my annual HVAC service. Tech Caleb was the best. Access to crawl space was a mess with all the rain. He did not rush through, explained everything completely.Very professional, knowledgeable and nice! Five stars

Technician had no idea how to fix our heating system, wasted 3 hours "diagnosing", and then left without fixing it...and tried to charge me $270 for NOT fixing it...The BBB and Hughie will be hearing from me soon..
