Just had our H/VAC serviced. Kirk (1386) was very professional and knowledgeable of our units even though they were not installed by James River. He also took time to explain the air purifier unit we had installed and the suggested maintenance cycle. He reviewed the process for acquiring and installing a backup generator as well. Very positive experience. I would recommend James River for your HVAC needs.

The Technician was very nice. He explained the situation and even showed me a picture he took of the flu that fell down. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Service was excellent

I've been with them for over 20 years and have always found them to be professional & affordable (i.e within industry pricing). Any slight issue(s) that I have had, a manager always addressed immediately and resolved quickly! Their techs & office staff are always pleasant & I have yet to have an unpleasant experience!!

I had several quotes for a replacement hvac unit. The salesman came out the next day, Price quoted was comparable to several competitors. Was told unit couldn't be installed for two weeks, salesman made a call and had two loaner window units delivered within 20 minutes. When the installer arrived he was professional and very courteous not mention the whole system was replaced and running within six hours start to finish. Thank you James River and Frank Mergler.
