Mike Jones did an excellent job, communicating what was going on and doing a very complete service call. Everything from cleaning the exterior coils to validating the current draws was done, unlike some firms which came and did a quick look that it was working, and then collecting their money. It's always a pleasure to see Gus Damalas arrive for the semi-annual maintenance of our residential AC units. He is courteous, respectful of our home, and answers all my questions and concerns. He is an asset to James River!
James River Air services both my house and my son's home. The technicians are always prompt and friendly. Arlo C. came out to do the regular maintenance, and then returned a week later to replace a faulty part that he had found. At my son's house, Jake (Jacob) was the tech, and he was very patient and helpful, even after a long, dirty crawl into the areas where the furnaces are.
Doug Tyson, plumber with James River A/C installed a new hot water heater for my condo today. he was prompt, polite, competent, and knowledgeable. I will use James River from now on. also they are great community partners with the Junior league of Richmond.
