Mike Jones was professional and had my furnace checked out within scheduled appointment time. It was time for my filter to be replaced. I had purchased filters and he replaced for me.

Fred was an excellent electrician inspecting my heating system with James River. He replaced a faulty thermostat so that the house is properly heated in very cold weather.

Ralph Hodges & Lee installed new thermostats for us today. They were not only very helpful in determining the best themostats for us, also helped me figure out our systems/appropriate themostats for the zones/area of home. My husband has difficulty communicating post stroke & this was invaluable for me. I appreciate their knowledge, assistance & patience, as had many questions! Thank you for great service!
Ralph came to replace my emergency heat pack. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He explained the repair and answered questions in a way that I could understand.
