If you want to be raped, call them. $15.00 part and they wanted $548 to install it. Highway robbery! And that's after waiting until 8:30 at night to show up at my house with an afternoon appointment. So much for the within 24 hour service rule. I get that it's hot out, and we were patient, but we aren't desperate. Sent the nice guy on his way.

Arlo came by today and was able to identify and resolve the issue we were experiencing with our AC unit. He was very professional and personal throughout the visit. I would highly recommend his services!

Im a very upset client... I called them Friday about my ac being down. They come out and said that they will not be able to fix it that they will come back monday. Well today Is monday I called this morning to make sure they were coming and the lady said yes. Well I just got a phone call saying they can't make it out until Tuesday!!!! Smh I will never use them again.

Had cooling issues and the tech's assessment wasn't a guaranteed fix. Estimate was very expensive and they couldn't promise it would do anything, and didn't offer any refunds if it didn't work. The tech was nice and knowledgeable, but I was disappointed with outcome and business decision.

We apologize that you are having these issues. The only way we can know for sure what is going on with the system is to evacuate and check metering devices. There are problems in the refrigerant circuit but there is no way of pin pointing unless we evacuate the system. At that point we can tell you exactly what needs to be done. From there we can help you with your needs. Thank you.

These guys hires employees that go around defrauding people of their money . would advise the general public to be careful with dealing them ..

We have been James River customers for years. Mark came this morning to do our PM. I always ask for Mark because he does a super job. He takes time to answer questions, make suggestions and explain what he does. Mark is very professional and an asset to James River.

Recently had air go out. Came home from work on a Thursday called James River and they had someone out within an hour. Mark Corey was the technician. Mark diagnosed issue, parts were ordered and installed within a few days. Mark took his time to install and test out the system. He was awesome!
