JT Pinnell did a great job repairing our air conditioning unit. He came out early on a Sunday morning to make the repairs. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend using James River for your heating and air conditioning needs.
We had already had our maintenance inspection which was given OK. Wouldn't you know the first day I turned on the AC, it didn't work! Mark discovered that in a previous repair, the wiring was not done correctly. He fixed the problem and spent time to make certain that everything was functioning properly. He was very professional and a friendly gentleman! Keep u the good work Mark! You are an asset to the James River Team.

I called on Sunday night and Brian C was on call. He responded right back. He was at my house at 12:30 a.m.from across town. He worked on my Heatpump with flashlight in mouth and sorted through a mass of wires and found my problem, a loose wire. I'm sure he was tired. But he got the job done and was very cheerful, polite and professional in spite of the late hour. Great job.
Paul "PJ" Bredde came out today and performed our semi annual maintenance. He was prompt and extremely courteous. He kept me informed during his visit and his assistance and follow through was greatly appreciated. Thank You!!
