Mike Jones inspected our heat pump system. Everything was fine. Mike was on time, friendly and left me no mess only happy. He also gave me a rebate form, which I didn't know about. I love James River AC Co. Always on time and eager to help.
The service technician came by to perform my semi-annual preventive maintenance service. Scheduling was easy and Mr. Evan Dawson arrived right on time. He took his time and did a thorough job on both of my units and explained his findings (everything was in great shape). He was very friendly, courteous and efficient in the performance of his duties. He did a great job. I am very pleased.
After a cooler night than we had planned on, Mike J. came out this morning to check out our heat pump which kept tripping the breaker. Mike checked the unit then identified a loose wire in breaker panel. He tightened it and recommended having someone check the entire panel out. Mike was great and efficient. My wife will be happy with a warm home again. Thanks Mike and JRAC. We have been happy with JRAC for more than 17 years now!

Ralph H. came by last week on a follow up to replace a part on my furnace, due to an issue found earlier by a technician on the semi-yearly PM. Ralph was able to diagnose a larger problem than originally thought - the main board was acting "strangely". After finding the warehouse was very backed up, Ralph went there and retrieved the part himself, returning and installing the part within the hour. Good dedicated service. Very friendly, considerate and determined to get the furnace working properly. Thanks, Ralph!!!
