With a 3 month old in the house, the furnace going out is not an option. Thanks to Brian C. and James River Air for coming out after hours on a Sunday night to make sure the little one stayed warm!

Charged $98 just to show up at the door. Charged $165 to tell me that my thermostat is indeed broken, which I had already mentioned and already knew for sure. Offered me new thermostats for upwards of $320. Also demanded payment immediately on the spot, would not wait even a couple hours for me to contact my landlord to pay, so I had to out of pocket. Look for service from another company who is there to help you not to charge you an arm and a leg for doing nothing.

John is an excellent service technician. On his visit to my house, he was very courteous, very thorough in his diagnosis of my system and explained the problem to me in a clear and concise manner. And most importantly, he fixed the malfunction. It's been over a week since his service call and my heat pump unit is still working great. Thank you.
