overall, the men did a good job. however, they left many screws off my vents that I had to replace myself and then had to locate new ones to replace lost ones. they did not clean the dryer vent but promised to come back; however, after two phone calls they have yet to return to clean it. they also charged me an additional $33 for paying by check. overall, I would have saved $68 by using someone closer to my home.

We didn't leave or loose any screws the vents where painted and after we took the vents off you can notice there was on 2 or 3 screws holding the vent covers on and the dryer vent was done she's home bound that's why we ok a check payment she just didn't see the 2nd guy pull out the dryer and cleaned it out I told her will come back to make her feel better when we call her she says she don't feel good can you try another day said ok feel bad she's always feeling down
The worker, Curtis, if I recall, was courteous and hardowrking
They came to clean my duct work and dryer vent. Dryer vent got cleaned but they NEVER lifted my vent covers off in the living room or bathroom to clean. Kept going on and on about the $10,000.00 machine he has. I called and complained and he was going call me to come back, NEVER heard from him.

I Did call her back as soon as I found out I did all the hard stuff first and the 2 easy vents in living room I overlooked cause me and the customer was talking while I was working I called the next day to say I am sorry if would only take a couple of min to do them she said she's busy so I told her if she has time next week give me a call it wont take long she said don't worry about it it was my fault
What a joke. I wish I had read the previous reviews on this company before I hired them. It's my fault. But according to Tom, for a flat rate of "$300 and for a $10,000 machine, to come in and clean my vents and ducts." It sure was about $50 worth of work. I feel like this was scam. The workers were nice but I don't think they even knew what they were doing. the machine is a Roto Brush vent cleaning Machine do a google search it cost $10,000 for the machine and the cleaner used had a lavender scent SHE pick we have unscented products if customer would like and I am always here to awnser the phone till 10 pm every day if people have any questions

I hired Thomas to clean out air ducts and vents ant I am not satisfied, they came with a machine and had a tiny brush on the end of it, they did not get into the ducts and they did not do every vent, so I called them and have not heard back from them

The brush was the right size for her vents she went on to the vent machine web site and she seen the BIG brush I told her that's for restrunts not small home she's some thing LOl
As professionals they showed up in a car happy with duct work not happy with dryer vent cleaning could have been more professional about their work but you get what you pay for I would try someone different next time never went to basement heater maybe I just expected more

Like she said she's happy with the vent cleaning and yes the project ,manger use's he's own car he keeps his tools and things he need for most projects he's on and it's a tax deduction we use new equipment it's called the Roto brush System it's a $10,000 portable machine it scrubs and sucks all dust out the vents Like she said she was happy may be she thought we used the old truck mount system
I would not recommend Affordable Squeaky Clean. I don't know anything about cleaning vents/ducts, but I couldn't help but feel like I got cheated. I hired them due to the ratings they received on Home Advisor, and after speaking with the (owner?) Tom it sounded like they were a straight to the point operation. The machine we use is called a ROTO Brush do a Google search the machine costs $10.000 you CANT buy it at a box store its a special order California It has a 35 foot hose with a rotating brush may be he thinks fireworks should be going off when his vents are getting cleaned who knows but every thing got done from the vent cleaning to the mold treatment everything we promised !!!!!
