I hired them to 1) clean air ducts, and 2) clean the house after construction ("A crew will be there first thing in the morning, and stay all day until every nook & cranny is clean, including floors, exterior windows, the whole works"). What actually happened: After many phone calls, ONE guy finally showed up, smelling of alcohol, slurring his speech, stumbling around, and started work about an hour later. Eventually, someone else showed up. They lazed around most of the day, and my house is still dirty.

Yes !! We did run late that Morning It was the day after the snow storm and i call her to lat her know we are still on for the day but just running a hour behind due to the snow on the ground and some streets have snow on the street signs makes it hard to know what street your on # 2 and we did do a good job like she said its cause of the $10,000 Roto brush portable Vent cleaning vacuum it has a 35 ft hose with a brush that scrubs the vents and sucks all dust into Hepa Vacuum .!!!
