The team was very friendly, very quick but took their time to give quality work, and I would definitely hire them back for cleaning my ducts, vents and dryer vent, as well as for other services.
The guys were quick and efficient, very friendly, I will use them again in the future. Great work guys!
After missing an appointment, the owner made up for this providing me with a good price and good service.
The team that came out to do the job were very nice but the brush equipment that would clean the vent was not spinning and looked as if it needed to be repaired. Also, where the air goes into the blower was not cleaned out. I checked and the dust build up was still there after the service was performed.

Depending on the amount of dust inside vent it's best to use a small brush and just use suction power, not spinning feature because you don't want to overwhelm the vacuum and have duct go all over room; in this case we used the small 2 inch and just keep scrubbing and sucking out duct until gone, his vents where bad like most homes we service we even uses dry vac first to get solid particles, then we used the machine. She didn't see any shooting stars while we where performing work. I think she expected fireworks display while we where doing vents LOL. I don't understand people. We put our heart and soul into our work to make customers happy. Maybe she was not happy before we did the work.
