Very efficient.
They got back to us right away and came quickly, but also finished TOO quickly. The job was rushed and not great. We found a large amount of dust still in our ducts. They also added an extremely strong scent to the ducts claiming it was "anti-mold"- I would ask them to provide the exact product details before letting them do that.

There was a duct that got overlooked in his daughters room under stuff dolls we when back and took care of it was hard to find the kids room had a lot of toys and kid stuff
Arrived before scheduled, called and kept me up to date. Pleasant, friendly, hard workers. Would highly recommend.
The person who actually did the work was phenomenal. The owner could use a lesson in what is appropriate conversation. As a white man, telling a black client about his black girlfriends and showing pictures was not appropriate. i felt very uncomfortable with his conversation.

No i seen a picture of her grand daughter on the wall and she looked the same age as my step daugher who was the same age as my 5 year old step daughter who iam very very proud of and i had a ton of pictures in my phone from taking her to the park think it bother her that my step daughter loves me and i am a white guy she was surprize to see she was black the customer was up there in years and has a closed mind Live and let live LOL

They charge a flat rate for a residential home. None of this per vent nonsense and dryer vent was included. Was significantly less expensive than other two companies quoted and they did good work. Also have an additional chimney cleaning service I purchased. Will use over and over.
