While the cleaners arrived at their scheduled time, they did not do a thorough job and there were many spots and dirt that was missed.

AFFORDABLE SQUEAKY CLEAN DID NOT SERVICE THIS HOME...... WRONG CONTRACTOR !!!!!!!!
Company had what appeared as a "spot hire" to do work; main issue was to clear/clean the dryer vent; upon inspection when vent hose came off dryer was "0" lint was vacuumed out and blockage still existed. Company/owner did not make adjustments nor restitution to charge after photos sent. Made excuses.

When we serviced his home he showed me where his dryer vent was plus his dryer was giving him a signal so I climbed on his roof at no extra charge and I told him I don't think that's the one hook up to your unit there was another one I found on the other side so after I cleaned it out in the pouring rain to make sure his problem was solved he tried his unit for 15 min and he said good job you got it he never called to let me know he had any more issues with his dryer. The wife hired us and she was thrilled with the work !!! When the husband came home as we were finishing up he smelled the clean air, smelled the lavender smell, he knew she got the vents cleaned. She said my husband hates when I spend money on my home, he gives me a hard time. I know she was very, very happy and that's why I sent a request for a rating. I guess the husband received on the home computer. Some day he may learn, happy wife is a happy life. LOL
They communicated well and were punctual. They provided a flat rate which was lower than other quotes I received. They also provided a mold treatment as well with no additional cost.
Easy to talk to, explained the process well.. came on time and finished the work in couple of hours. They even fixed a broken dryer exhaust vent without charging me anything!! Thank you.
They did a good job
They came on a Sunday morning at my convenience and did what was to be done. Would recommend them again .
