They were on time, friendly, and explained everything being done
Since our dryer vent was behind stacked washer/dryer, I was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned (too hard to get to) And the reason I called in the first place. However I liked the service performed in the rest of the house, and the crew was very friendly and professional.

Yes she was very happy with our service. She didn't realize we cleaned the dryer vent off a ladder out side to make sure it was done right. Dryer vents can be a fire hazard so we put a lot of effort in to our work!!!
Job was performed mostly as expected. They arrived and started a few hours later than agreed and, unfortunately, it caused me to alter some other plans that had been made.

Yes he was 2nd on out list we call him and told him we where going to be a hour late the first job took a little longer then we planned BUT we take our time with every customer until they are happy.
Men were extremely professional, courteous, competent, and careful.
Dust in cabinets and on floors. Counters were not adequately cleaned. Arrived 1.5 hours late. Not worth the high cost.

They came out the day after I called them for a non-urgent reqjest, arrived on time, were professional, polite, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves.
I would hire them again
