He was very professional. He walked me through the process and explained things to me to the best of his abilities.

They tried to skip certain ducts, they did not put back the vent covers back correctly, on one I could not open vent at all after they left, I had to redo most of the vent covers myself, after calling with my complaint never got a return call

we didnt skip nothing some vent covers are on the same duct line for one #2 most of his cover where very old they where not on corectly only calk and old paint was keeping them up
They broke the vent, now I'll need to spend 500-600 dollars to break the wall, take out the broken vent and replace it.

He had that problem thats why he wanted them cleaned HE should have had put in for H.V.A.C Replace vents not cleaning and home advisers are so uncareing about there contractors they leave this reveiw up we are rethinking home advisers they charge most weeks $1,000.00 PER WEEK

Yes we did her mother let us in and we retreated the vents she said theres a smell came back so I told her we will retreat them but that's not the problem it's a smell coming from basement they had water damage and never had it treated with a disenfent till she has the basement deordorize it's not going to go away
