My air system ducts and dryer vent got cleaned within hours of contacting the company. The owner was friendly and so was his crew. I needed the work done asap because I was coughing a lot and waking up at night . My problem was solved right away with the cleaning. I will definitely hire them again.
The guys are polite, clean and knowledgeable.
I called Tom this morning at 9:30 to confirm that the vent and duct cleaning was taking place today. He stated that I was the first on the list and the cleaners would be there between 10:00 and 11:00 and it would take around 2 hours. They arrived at 11:20. They left scratches in the hardwood floor from where something was dragged from one area to the next, which were still there after the floor was wiped down. yes we did run 20 min late and I call her to let her know I was stuck in traffic we didn't scratch nothing they where there I should her pointed it out be for we started her project but there was so many I thought she know it was in the 3rd floor maybe she don't go up there that much and yes the hose is rubber coated we do drag it its 35 ft long but its rubber coated to protect the floor and the vents where bad we had to scrub the covers to get them clean again she was happy when we got done and she said's tha... read more
Overall great experience they came to the house brought in all equipment to clean the vents and pipes, however forgot to put back 2 vent covers back but no big deal would recommend and use again.
They were prompt, called when they were on the way and did the work as expected. Work area was clean when they were finished.
Arrived on time. Did their thing in under an hour, and left.
