Flat rate pricing and quick response was great. They came with equipment and cleaner to do the job. My only issues were that the attitude of the workmen wasn't great, and they missed a few vents, and didn't go to the basement to clean the air handlers.
They arrived 1 hr early & went to work immediately/Did the entire house gucts & cleaned up afterward, They were curtious included the dryer vent for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again Ken L
This is a very unprofessional business. They showed up with dirty equipment and were not respectful of my home. They lost the screws to the vent covers. I had to remind them to clean my dryer vent. The owner demanded cash and became very abusive when I needed to write a check. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We always work hard on staying professional from our punctuality,appearance,and performance for #1 #2 there's nothing dirty in my place every square inch my place is Squeaky Clean from the outside my building to inside do a google search on our address 2109 s. 13th phila,pa,19148 and the screws holding her vents on was not installed correctly so we had to put sinkers in and screw into them the correctly at no extra charge and before we did her project we reminder her that we do NOT take personal checks visa card or cash... read more

??? All our workers are in house we don't sub any work out I am in the office I send my guys out maybe he thought I was going to be there ? I called him that morning to let him know the project manger was on his way he was a little older I know he was happy I called after job was completed we talked a while on the phone maybe he just wanted my company who knows
They left the carpet around the vents dirty. They did not clean inside air return vents unless told to.

the carpets are not part of vent cleaning BUT we always take all vent covers off and disinfect both sides and wipe down the wall and floor !!!!

The Guys did a Great job he was having a horrible day he was just getting every thing done at once movers ,,painter's where there cable company running wires and he was dealing with work phone calls think it was too much at once for him he didn't holler at us or the other contractors but man was he screaming at his family
