I felt the suction was not enough but would have preferred a large brush along with the vacuum. Did not clean all vent covers, one was left unscrewed. Did not see it as necessary to enter the basement main vent access.

The suction POWER FULL she felt the exhaust the exhaust is low cause of the double heap filter and we didn't leave nothing unscrewed she didn't relize the was only 3 screws cause of the white paint once we removed the white paint of the 3 screws she seen only 3 and we use the new machine ROTO brush it's a $10,000 machine it go's thru like a snake scrubing & sucking the vents clean
Lots of icky stuff removed. Great and fair service. Cost up front and service as described.
Equipment broke down on site, they said they'd call back but never did. I get it, equipment breaks down, but a follow-up would've been nice. They left without putting registers and furniture back. Some props to the owner, at least, for trying to work out a better time and solution. Felt like they made some inappropriate comments about my home. Could've been a compliment, but it just seemed a bit off-color

yes!!! the machine broke down we did not charge her nothing !!!! I tried call her to give her a new appointment but no answer ??? and I complimented on her home it had a warm feeling like its a home not just a house she may have taken it the wrong way ???
He and his team was professional, courteous, and no one else can match his price.
