showed up on time ...took their shoes off ..and very little disruption...were professional...overall pleased with service..

Owner was a genuinely nice person; he seemed flexible and competitive in pricing. Nonetheless, it was not him who came to complete the work.. it was two individuals, who were not only lazy, but seemingly very unskilled in the work (duct cleaning). I would be extremely surprised if they were certified. In short: Poor quality, rushed job. It is now understood why scheduling was so flexible, and why payment was required in cash.

He had a simple job he had floor vents there easy they pop off so it didn't take long and did a Great job of cleaning the customer had a problem with his unit we don't do HVAC repairs and we do take visa card payments as well its not cash only I think he should have hired a repair company not a cleaning company !!!
Kurt did a great job cleaning the vents in my home. He is a reliable and conscientious worker.
I would not recommend this service for the following reasons: 1. He asked for a Tip before he even started the job. 2. He came unprepared for the job, he asked for a flashlight, bucket, cleaning solution, and other tools. 3. He was complaining throughout the enter time when he removed the vent covers, how hard they were to remove, because of different size screws and paint. 4. For 1 # He did not ask for a tip before starting that's a LIE # 2 he did not come prepared the customer wanted to look in vents grab a flash light and I will show you and of cource vent was Squeaky clean #3 he didn't like our disenfectend he said it smells to strong he wanted no cemicals so we just did it with soap and water to clean the dirt off vent covers #4 it took him 15 to 20 mins per vent to get the covers off some where missing screws some had 3 different types of screws it took 5 hours reg time is 2 hours ... read more

The company employees were prompt, courteous and efficient. They cleaned up their work areas and completed all work in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.
They were very professional, polite and efficient. They explained what they were doing throughout the job even letting me feel the increased volume of air coming out of the dryer outside vent. I thought they did a great job.
