It was my first time using HomeAdvisor and it was easy and convenient
I thought the ducts in the basement would be cleaned but they only vacummed the vents witg an old dusty dirty vacumm that left dust in my house. I hired them to remove dust not bring dust. Just not worth $300...i could have vacuumed out my own vents. That was not duct cleaning.

we did the vents in basement the vents in basement ceiling is the same vent on the 1st floor floor and before we use the Roto Brush vent cleaning vacuum we use a hevey duty dry vacuum 1st to remove any debree so it dont clog up vent cleaning machine
They came with commercial vacuum & another vacuum with longer hose with brush. They vacuumed the vents, return & dryer vent only till the limit of the hose they have. All what they did vacuum & clean the grills.

Yes a commercial vacuum it's call a Roto Brush it's a $10,000 vent cleaning machine it has a 35 foot hose with a spinning brush and we go into Every vent scrub and suck out ALL dust & dust mites then we do a mold treatment & disinfect the vent covers with a bacteria killer 99.9% then put the covers back in place the smaller vacuum is a dry vacuum that's what we use to clean the dryer vent with.

Did not open all vents. We had to call them back to open and vacuum registers. They were responsive when called back, but it should have been done in the first visit

We wanted to do them the first time we where there but the husband SAID leave them 3 alone I just had that room painted when the WIFE came home she gave him hell now we got to go the hell back LOL a happy wife is a happy life they say its was no problem it only took 25 min with travel time
