Generally good value Completed the job on time but missed a few spots. Left the back gate open and one of my pets escaped

i called her back after I read the review we didn't miss any spots they where stains that didn't come out and #2 the gate didn't match up to latch we didn't think nothing of it a lot of gates are off level I felt so bad I kids and pets have my heart but she was with us when we walked around ???
Stay far away from this company as you can, you can read the other reviews to see what their problems are, but the biggest way you can tell they will give you a run for your money and do baloney work is by them arguing with their customers on this website instead of trying to fix the situation. There are plenty of other fish in the pond, stay away from the bad ones.

Her problem with the web site there is no problem its $250.00 up to 15 vents with NO dryer we charge her flat rate of $300.00 cause she had 19 vents & and dryer the $300.00 flat rate deal good up to 25 vents ducts and returns dryer vent included
I had my house power washed. Due to the weather they could not complete the job the same day. The owner kept me informed on the scheduling. The workers were extremely thorough. The owner and staff were professional and friendly.
They worked the entire time and were professional and friendly
I left them alone at my home to run errands and when I returned the work was done and everything was in place.
My appointment was scheduled for three o'clock. They showed up at 5:15. The owner sat in his truck and slept while he sent his "laborer" to work by himself. The machine that he ended up using was a shop vacuum like I I own from home depot. The apparent $10,000 machine that he brought wouldn't fit into my vents. He didn't clean my vents AT ALL. This customer seamed like she was a little nut's I didn't want to fight with her so the end I just walked away and I paid my guy he did do his job she had 2 problems 1 was the price she said she works all week for $300.00 and where charging $300.00 and the job cost $300.00 the machine a $10,000 roto vent cleaning machine and my guy always sticks a dry vac into vents 1st to get solid stuff be for sticking vent machine in cause it can cause vent machine to clog and my job is to awnser the phone and I do it in the wor... read more
Very Polite & Cleaned up after service. They let me know they found a little mold on one vent. Put a solution throughout the vent system to stop any more growth , no additional cost.
Keith and Lana did an excellent job. Very thorough. The house feels and smells so much better. They were very professional and courteous. Would use them again for sure.
