She was very happy with the vent cleaning as she stated on new wood floors they say to use clean water no soap when new BUT we did have murrys oil soap just incase if there was old wood floors but they where all new and I asked her if there was carpets she wanted to clean well when we got there the husband felt that he want the carpets cleaned so we had to go all the way back to the shop for the carpet cleaner it costs the service about a extra $20. 00 bucks for gas and time aprox but we didn't say nothing we did asked ... read more
The owner Tom is a complete liar. Not one word that comes out of his mouth is true. Complete RIP-OFF! With an expected 8 hour job to complete the work, Tom assured me his "professional crew" would be at my home at 10:00. He assured me they would come with the proper commercial shop vacs, ladders, and lots of rags for a post construction clean-up. I hate to say it but fred just hated the fact that he had to pay for a clean up after his contractors made a mess and he's liar-ing cause we all ways go out with every thing we need to do a clean up project there was a basket full of rags Dry vac reg house vacuum 6ft ladder cleaning supplys and we where not late we where right on time for 10 am no latter then 11 am he cut it short cause cause he had a dinner at 5 -6 pm and to show he's a lair he says the guys did a good job ????
I hate writing reviews like this because I'm a small business owner myself but I'm extremely dissatisfied with Affordable Squeaky Clean. ASC missed 5 vents during their cleaning of our vents and duct work - this is not the reason for the negative review. What I'm infuriated about is the fact that they never returned to complete the job and no-showed 6 re-scheduled appointments. They've been fully paid for the work, yet the project is incomplete. Its was not 6 times it was 3 times we made a 3 atempts to go back 1 time it was too!! late think it was 6pm 2 nd attempt was 2 pm she said her baby's napping can we come back in a couple of hour's it took us time to get there and she wants us to come back? its 2 pm and 6 was to late !!! and the 3 rd time we had a break down on the high way and it was not 5 vents it was 2 vents that got over looked
They were very professional, had someone answering the phone who was doing the scheduling and they gave me a proper invoice. It was very good experience and they did a great job after another company had done a poor job!
Project Manager Jamal and his crew (George) were great. They came to my house during the nor'easter in the pouring rain and howling winds. They did a great job on the vents, ductwork and dryer vent. Cleaned up and were thoroughly prepared to do the job and not delay my day!
They did a great job and went above and beyond moving heavy furniture, etc to get to the vents.
